Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old.

An order is not accepted until it has been confirmed by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an obvious pricing or availability error.

Prices & Payment

Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£). The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your order.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Available delivery methods, estimated times and charges will be shown at checkout.

Free standard delivery is available on orders over £50.

Returns

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened tea and other opened consumable products cannot be returned.
