Our Business
The White Tea Company is a leading provider of premium teas sourced from various regions around the world. Our operations include sourcing and distributing high-quality tea products. We are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards and ensuring that our business practices do not contribute to modern slavery or human trafficking.
We partner with trusted third-party manufacturers to make our products, including sourcing raw materials, blending and packing. Our partners, who are based in the United Kingdom, are businesses with whom we have long-standing relationships.
Our Commitment
The White Tea Company has always maintained a working environment which upholds each individual to their highest potential. We foster working relationships based on dignity and respect and pursue our business with the aim of enriching the standard of living for all connected to our brand. In particular, we continue to improve our practices to identify and eliminate any slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains, in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act (UK) 2015. The White Tea Company will not knowingly support or do business with any person or organisation involved in slavery or human trafficking.
Our Policies
Ethical Trading Policy: We require all our suppliers to adhere to our ethical sourcing standards, which include prohibitions against forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking.
To act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships; processes are in place to minimize any risk of slavery and trafficking in our supply chains by providing due diligence checks on our new contracts and suppliers.

To identify and mitigate the risks of modern slavery within our supply chain, we have implemented the following due diligence processes:
Supplier Risk Assessments: We conduct regular internal risk assessments of our suppliers based on their geographic location, industry sector, and the nature of their business.
